I navigated the design process by iteratively developing and choosing the optimal design, considering factors such as ergonomics, functionality, manufacturability, and intended use. Mastering the art of designing for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) is crucial in unlocking successful product design. Although initially challenging, understanding various manufacturing processes requires effort. Approaching the world with an engineer's inquisitive perspective, pondering the manufacturing techniques used in different products, adds a layer of depth to the learning process.

I conducted two studies to make sure the cystoscope would not fail in real world.
First simulation: I constrained the handle completely and sheath was left free(sheath not constrained), I added 40N force perpendicular to sheath. The minimum safety factor was 2.328.
Second simulation: I have extruded the inside surface of the sheath (sheath surface which is inside the handle) to shift the center of mass and increase the safety factor. I have constrained the handle completely and sheath was left free(sheath not constrained), added 40N force perpendicular to sheath. The minimum safety factor improved to 3.881.
